To get your team to achieve more results, you need to understand each person’s typology for performance. I do this by providing a “Top Performer Blueprint” on each team member. This blueprint helps you identify how they tick and the talent of your team, which allows you to leverage their gift and reduce stagnation and conflict.

Psychology Of TOP PERFORMERS
Then I speak to your entire team about the “Charastics of Top Performers”. We’ll discuss common challenges as a team that cause people to get into overexertion patterns. I’ll explain how doing more things within your “Soul Archetype” are key to doing more without burning out and ending up in stagnation.

Removal Of BLOCKS
And finally, I’ll spend a 30 min private sessions with each employee designed to remove blocks that are preventing them from achieving their goals. My process gets your team to turn inward to really hit the core of what makes them tick. It’s not only revealing for each member, but by the end of our business coaching sessions, even coworkers come together and understand how to work more effectively with each other.
